Our organization began its journey in the spring of 1986 when founder, Dollena Joiner, recognized a pressing need in Dublin, Georgia, for academic and family support. Driven by a passion to uplift her community, she set out to create an organization that would address the gaps in educational resources, strengthen family bonds, and provide essential life skills to those in need. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a powerful force for good, dedicated to creating opportunities for growth and transformation.

Over the past 29 years, The Multiplex has evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. Through strategic partnerships with local churches, schools, and various state agencies, our mission has expanded beyond education to include a wide range of services aimed at empowering individuals and families. From tutoring and mentoring programs to family enrichment and civic engagement, our focus remains on fostering a stronger, more connected community for everyone we serve.

Today, The Non-Denominational Multiplex Outreach Agency, Inc. continues to build on Dollena Joiner’s vision, inspiring hope and positive change in the lives of countless individuals.
